Good instrument, slow shipping

I ordered an intermediate violin from String Power for my daughter. The instrument itself arrived well-packed and seems to be a good quality for the price I paid, especially with the seasonal sale discount. It was set up nicely, ready to play right out of the case. However, the shipping took longer than I expected; it was about 8 business days to get to my home in Washington state. I've had faster deliveries from other online instrument shops, even during busy times. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was helpful, but it still meant waiting a bit longer than we had hoped to start lessons. Overall, a solid purchase, just be aware that delivery times might be on the slower side.

Reliable for strings

I've bought violin strings from String Power a few times now, and they're always consistent. This last order for Pirastro Evah Pirazzi strings was no different. Shipped fast, arrived in good shape. Their prices are usually fair, though sometimes I wish they had a wider selection of brands.

Good deal on student outfit

I was looking for a student violin outfit and found a pretty good sale here. Got about 10% off the usual price, which really helped my budget. The free shipping was a nice touch too. Overall, I felt like I got good value for my money and the violin seems decent for a beginner.

Got my new cello!

So I finally decided to upgrade my cello and went with String Power. Heard good things. Ordered an intermediate cello and it showed up looking great. It took 6 days to get to my place in Ohio, which felt like forever but it got here safe. The sound is way better than my old one, really happy with it. The only small thing was the included rosin seemed pretty basic.

Good quality, quick setup

I ordered an intermediate viola here a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no real hiccups. Shipping took about 5 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a little long but the instrument was packed really well, no damage at all. It came pretty well set up too, just needed minor tuning. I had a question about a shoulder rest size, and customer support replied to my email within a day, which was helpful. The viola itself sounds good for the price point, though the bow it came with felt a bit light.

Nice new cello case

Got a new cello case from here last week. My old one was falling apart, so I really needed it. It shipped pretty fast, got here in like 4 days, which was cool. The case feels super sturdy and my cello fits in it perfectly. Way better than carrying it around in the old beat-up one. Happy with it!

Good quality, slow delivery

I bought an intermediate cello for my daughter. The ordering process was straightforward enough, and the website was easy to navigate. The cello itself arrived in perfect condition, very well-packaged, and came pre-set up as advertised. It sounds great, and my daughter is really happy with it. My only gripe is that it took 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. I expected it a little sooner for an instrument this size, but the quality of the instrument made up for the wait.

Easy to find what I needed

I bought some new violin strings and a digital tuner. The website was easy to navigate. Everything arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Good experience overall.
